I was thrilled to take part in BlizzCon's fan video competition, marking my first-ever attendance at the event.
My sister Ajda, who was visiting me and my girlfriend Eva in Glasgow, helped us brainstorm ideas for the video. We spent a week drafting the script and two weeks filming, followed by a month of editing.
As the day of the convention approached, Eva participated in the cosplay competition where she placed in top 25 finalist of the competition, and the three of us were buzzing with excitement.
To our delight, I was announced as the winner of the video competition, which was a surreal moment. The judges were full of praise for the video, commending its editing and labeling it as one of the best they'd seen.
With an audience of two million people tuning in online and 20,000 people in attendance, I felt immensely proud of our achievement.
